What AI Lab is
An application matrix, not a product catalogue.
AI should not stay inside the chat box.
It should hold context, connect knowledge, call tools, read data, carry a process to completion — and hand control back to a person at the moments that matter.
MoShun Technology works in two directions: turning AI into hardware products, and building enterprise AI systems. AI Lab is the software side of that — making model capability into applications that can be used inside a real business.
Everything here is organised by five capability domains: SENSE, UNDERSTAND, CREATE, ACT and ORCHESTRATE. The point of that split is to say where an application sits technically, and why it is not yet mature.
Every application carries the scope that is genuinely open today: enterprise delivery, experience preview, private preview, in development, or experimental. Nothing in development is described as shipped, and no experimental project carries a productisation promise.
The name
Sediment first. Then a new order.
Sediment and restraint
Ink is not concealment. It is the time spent grinding it, the restraint held before the first stroke, and everything that settles through repetition. The long view lives in this character: build the foundation properly, then talk about speed.
Inheritance and renewal
Shun inherits one order and opens the next. It points to rebuilding after inheritance: taking up the methods that already hold, then giving them a new arrangement — rather than starting from scratch.
Capability domains
Five stages make up an AI application.
The domains describe the actual stages an AI application passes through, from interaction to execution — not an industry taxonomy. They also partition the visual system of the whole site.
