MoShun AI Lab is the AI application showcase operated by MoShun Technology (Shantou) Co., Ltd., from Shantou, Guangdong, China. For any personal information handled through this site, that company is the responsible party.

The site is written for business and institutional visitors. It is not designed for children and does not knowingly collect information from them.

We do not publish a postal address or filing number on this page. If you need formal correspondence, write to ailab@moshuntech.com first and we will supply the relevant entity details.

Reading any page on this site requires no account, no sign-in and no personal information.

This build includes no third-party analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts, no social plugins and no session-recording tools. We do not know who you are, and we are not trying to find out.

The site is served by a hosting platform, which may keep standard access logs in its default way — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent, referrer — for security and troubleshooting. We do not use those logs to build profiles of visitors, and we do not join them to anything submitted through the form.

The site writes exactly one value into your browser: once the opening animation on the home page has played in a tab, a flag is left in session storage so it is not replayed. It lives on your device, disappears when you close the tab, is never uploaded, and identifies nothing about you. There is no other browser storage.

The “apply for access” form is the only place on this site that actively collects personal information. It collects the following fields:

• Name, company, role — so we know who you are, which organisation you represent, and in what capacity you are asking.
• Phone and email — so we can reply. Both are required so that a failure to reach you on one channel does not end the conversation.
• WeChat — optional, and only worth filling in if you would rather talk there.
• Country or region — to work out your timezone and how we can realistically serve you.
• Applications of interest — so your enquiry reaches someone who knows that area.
• Enquiry type (experience, demo, enterprise, technical, channel or other) — to route it to the right person.
• Company size, budget range and expected start — to judge what kind of engagement is feasible and how to prioritise it. All three are ranges, not exact figures.
• What you need — free text you write yourself. Please do not put confidential information or identity document numbers in it.
• Consent checkbox — a record that you confirmed you had read this policy when you submitted.

Alongside those fields, a submission also stores the time it was sent, the interface language you were using (Chinese or English), and a randomly generated reference number: the time so enquiries can be handled in order, the language so we reply in the right one, and the number so a record can be located if you ask about it.

The form also carries one blank field that is invisible to you and that you never need to fill in; it exists to catch automated submissions. It has to stay empty, and anything entered into it is discarded rather than stored. There are no other hidden fields.

This information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange an experience session or demo, and continue the commercial and technical conversation. We do not use it for unrelated marketing broadcasts, and we do not sell, rent or trade it.

This is worth stating plainly because it affects what you should expect. In this first version, submissions are handled by a configurable adapter: the site validates what you entered against a fixed schema, then hands it to whatever destination is configured at deploy time — an email notification, or a write into an internal system.

The production backend and email service are not connected yet. Practically, that means anything submitted through the form right now is not automatically delivered to a production mailbox or customer system.

So if your enquiry needs a prompt answer, email ailab@moshuntech.com directly rather than relying on the form alone.

When the connection is in place we will update the date at the top of this page and the wording of this section, and note the change in the Updates section of the site.

The MoLing page offers optional microphone and camera switches. Both are off by default and turn on only after you enable them yourself and grant permission in your browser’s own prompt. The site never requests these permissions on its own.

Camera: frames are never shown in the interface, never read, never saved, never uploaded, and never leave your device.

Microphone: while enabled, the browser captures audio, converts it to PCM16 and sends it to Mo-Voice over an encrypted WebSocket established with a one-time short-lived token. It is used for recognition, response generation and voice playback in the active session. Audio capture and transmission stop immediately when you switch the microphone off; the realtime connection closes when you leave the page.

You can switch either off at any time and the device is released immediately. You can also revoke the permission in your browser’s site settings, after which the site cannot ask for it again until you allow it.

Text and voice share one Mo-Voice realtime session. The browser receives only a one-time short-lived token from this site backend; long-lived API credentials are never sent to the browser.

The site frontend does not write audio to local storage, and this application does not log audio or conversation content. Session logging and retention on Mo-Voice are governed by the service configuration; request_id may be used to diagnose integration issues. Even so, please do not enter confidential or sensitive information.

Fonts are downloaded at build time and shipped with the site, so opening a page makes no request to Google Fonts or any font CDN.

Images and other static assets are served by this site itself; nothing is hosted externally.

There is no advertising network, comment system or third-party support widget embedded anywhere on the site.

Some links point to the MoShun Technology corporate site and other external destinations. Following one takes you off this site, where that destination’s own privacy policy applies — we do not control their content or their data handling.

Before the production backend is connected, form data does not enter long-term storage on our side; it exists only in whatever destination the adapter is configured to write to.

Once it is connected, we keep enquiry information for as long as the conversation needs and no longer. Where a conversation does not turn into an engagement, that is normally no more than 24 months after we last spoke. Where it does, the records are kept according to the terms of that contract.

You can ask us to delete it sooner, at any time, without giving a reason.

Hosting access logs are retained on the platform’s default schedule; we keep no additional copy of them.

For information you have submitted to us, you can ask for:

• Access — a copy of what we hold that relates to you.
• Correction — a fix for anything inaccurate or out of date.
• Deletion — removal of your enquiry record.
• Withdrawal of consent — if you no longer want us to keep or use it.
• Restriction or objection — a stop to a particular kind of processing.

Send the request to ailab@moshuntech.com. We will respond within 15 working days. To avoid deleting someone else’s record we may ask you to write from the address you originally submitted, or to confirm your identity another way — beyond that we will not ask for extra documentation.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled it, you are also free to complain to the supervisory authority with jurisdiction where you are.

The site is served over HTTPS, so form contents are encrypted in transit. Submissions are validated against a fixed schema before anything is done with them, and fields outside that schema are not accepted.

We do not store your contact details in your browser, and we set no identifier capable of recognising you across sites.

No system can promise absolute security. The most practical protection we can offer is the one above: collect only the fields listed, collect nothing extra, and keep nothing that is not needed.

This site is still moving quickly: connecting the production backend or opening a new experience can change what is described above. Any revision updates the date at the top of this page.

Where a change materially affects what is collected or why, we will also write it up in the Updates section rather than quietly editing a line.
