Terms of Use
Last updated
These terms apply to the MoShun AI Lab website and to the demonstrations and experiences on it. By visiting or using the site you accept them. Their purpose is not to shift risk onto you — it is to state plainly what this site is and what it is not, so that neither side makes a decision based on a misunderstanding.
Scope
This site is operated by MoShun Technology (Shantou) Co., Ltd. (“we”) to present its AI applications and research directions. These terms cover every page of the site, including the MoLing experience and the enquiry form.
They are not a service agreement for any product. If you have signed an engagement, trial or purchase contract with us, that contract governs the products and services it covers; these terms govern only your use of this website.
If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
What the content is, and what a status label means
The content here is descriptive: it explains what we are building, what each application addresses, and how open it currently is. It is not an offer, not a service-level commitment, and not a guarantee of features, timelines or outcomes.
Every application carries a status: Enterprise Delivery, Experience Preview, Private Preview, In Development, Experimental. Those labels report how open something is today. They are not maturity ratings, and they are not roadmap promises.
To be explicit: anything marked “In Development” is not open for use, and what the site says about it is planned capability. Anything marked “Experimental” is a laboratory investigation into boundaries and risk — we do not promise that it will become a product, and we do not promise a date.
Examples, scenarios and integration notes illustrate how something applies; they do not mean the same result is available in your environment. Real outcomes depend on your data, your systems and your processes.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any demonstration, experience or page on this site at any time, without notice.
MoLing runs here in integration mode
MoLing runs on this site in integration mode: text and live voice are handled through the Mo-Voice MoLing session, while the camera/vision channel remains unconnected. What it demonstrates is the current integration shape, not a benchmark of model capability.
Its output must therefore not be treated as professional advice — including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, investment, tax or security advice — and must not be the sole basis for any decision. Where professional judgement is needed, consult a qualified professional.
The microphone and camera turn on only when you enable them and grant browser permission; the privacy policy explains exactly how that data is handled.
Please do not enter confidential information, sensitive personal information, or third-party data you are not free to share.
Intellectual property
The text, interface design, visual assets, structure and code of this site belong to MoShun Technology (Shantou) Co., Ltd. or its licensors, and are protected by copyright and related laws.
“墨舜” and “MoShun”, together with the MoShun graphic mark, are trademarks of that company. The mark may not be used without written permission, and it may never be altered, redrawn, decomposed, stretched or otherwise changed in form; nor may a confusingly similar mark be used.
Permitted: fair quotation for the purpose of describing, reviewing or reporting on this site, with attribution and a link to the original page.
Not permitted: copying or mirroring the site as a whole, or using its content to train machine-learning models, to redistribute, or for commercial purposes — unless you have written permission in advance.
If you would like to use material from this site in a talk, an article or a proposal, email us and ask. We are usually glad to help.
Acceptable use
When using this site, please do not:
- Interfere with, damage or attempt to disable the site or the infrastructure it depends on.
- Circumvent access restrictions, probe the site, or run security testing without authorisation.
- Scrape content automatically in a way that places a meaningful load on the site.
- Misrepresent who you are, submit an enquiry in someone else’s name or on behalf of an organisation you do not represent, or submit false information.
- Use the experiences on the site to generate unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
Where any of this happens, we may restrict or refuse access without prior notice.
If you find a security vulnerability, email ailab@moshuntech.com and please do not disclose or exploit it before we have fixed it. We take such reports seriously and will reply.
Enquiries and commercial contact
Submitting the enquiry form means you would like us to contact you. It does not by itself create a contract, and it does not guarantee access, a demo, or any form of engagement. Whether and how we follow up is our judgement to make.
Please make sure the information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to submit it on behalf of the organisation you name.
The privacy policy sets out which fields the form collects and how a submission is handled.
Third-party links
This site links to the MoShun Technology corporate site (https://www.moshuntech.com) and to other external destinations. We do not control their content, policies or availability and are not responsible for them. Their own terms apply when you visit them.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and up, but we do not warrant that the content is complete or current, that access will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a demonstration will behave identically on every device and browser.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on anything in it (including MoLing’s output) — including loss of data, loss of profit, loss of goodwill and business interruption.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, and liability for personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.
Changes to these terms
As the site develops, these terms may be updated. Any revision changes the date at the top of this page.
Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated version. If a change matters to you, the date at the top is the thing to check.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the mainland of the People’s Republic of China.
Any dispute arising from use of this site should first be settled by discussion. Failing that, it goes to the competent court with jurisdiction where the operating company is located.
