Enterprise Delivery
Delivery method: start from the role, not the prompt
In an enterprise agent project the first thing to write down is not the prompt but what the agent is responsible for.
An agent without a clear remit will drift in a real process no matter how carefully the prompt is written — because nobody can say when it ought to stop.
Delivery now always begins with role modelling: responsibilities, inputs, outputs, decision criteria, and the points where a human must confirm. The prompt is an output of those definitions, not the starting point.
This records a delivery method; scope and timeline for any given project are defined against the requirement.
